Announcing our third GirlCrew Pro speaker, Clodagh Logue, HR Director Microsoft Ireland

Clodagh began her HR career in 1998 within the recruitment industry in Ireland, placing sales and operations talent in leading technology businesses in Dublin. Joining Microsoft in 2000, she continued her career as a recruiter and subsequently broadened her experience to include staffing management for the Ireland site of 1000 employees and took on HR Business Partner responsibilities in 2005.

Since that time, Clodagh has worked as an HR Manager as well as Business Manager to Microsoft’s International HR Leadership team, during which time she handled a number of corporate-wide projects which included workforce classification, annual leave liability management and internal communications. Clodagh relocated with her husband and three children to Sydney in June 2011 where she was responsible for the HR partnership to over 600 of Microsoft’s Australian based employees, managing a team of HR managers and also partnering with the subsidiary leadership team on the wider talent and culture agenda. Clodagh returned to Ireland in August 2014 to assume the role of HR Director for Microsoft in Ireland.

She loves to watch sport of all kinds, especially rugby, and is an active running and yoga enthusiast. She has a passion for languages and likes to practice French or Italian whenever she has the opportunity.

Clodagh holds a BA in Business & Economics from Dublin University and a Masters Degree in HR & Business Studies from the Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.
