GirlCrew Premium Terms of Service

Please allow 72 hours for your sign up to be processed and welcome email to arrive.

Within 72 hours you’ll be provided with a welcome email, group invite, calendar subscription invite and details of upcoming events. After this time, calendar invites, email updates etc go out weekly on a Monday.

If you haven’t received any of the above after 72 hours please contact info@girlcrew.com.

If you signed up to GirlCrew Premium for our monthly subscription, you’ll be automatically billed, each month, on the card you used to sign up. If you signed up to GirlCrew Premium for an annual subscription, you’ll be automatically billed, each year, on the card you used to sign up.

You must be 18 years or older to join GirlCrew Premium.

Your subscription is inclusive of VAT and is non-refundable.

Your subscription fee does not include tickets, food, coffees, drinks etc.

Subscription fee covers admin time in organising, booking, hosting and more.

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled by emailing info@girlcrew.com. Please allow 72 hours for your cancellation to be processed and keep this in mind if you wish to avoid your next billing cycle.

Payments are processed via Stripe, a third party integration.

The email address you supplied at sign up to a Premium subscription is stored securely and used only to communicate details of GirlCrew Premium events or offers, to invite you to the Premium Facebook group, invite you to subscribe to the GirlCrew calendar, and to provide calendar invites. No emails or personal details are shared with any other individuals or third parties without explicit consent. You can change or remove your email at any time by emailing info@girlcrew.com.

To unsubscribe from email or calendar invites, or change the email these are sent to, contact info@girlcrew.com.

Payments are automatically debited from the card you signed up with once per month or once annually depending on your subscription type. Email info@girlcrew.com to cancel your subscription or request to update card details if there has been a change. This must be done with at least 72 hours notice of cancellation or changes.

Standard GirlCrew Community Guidelines apply within premium groups and events and members can be removed for breaches without notice. In a case where a member is removed for a guideline breach the subscription will also be cancelled within 72 hours of removal.
