Wolfbait is one of the best thrift stores in Chicago. OK so not *technically* a thrift store as all their pieces are hand-made BUT the store’s price points are so good and reasonable. Wolfbait & B-girls is a female-owned and operated independent business, started by Shirley Kienitz and Jenny Stadler. The thrift store showcases over 200 local artisans as well as Chicago-based fair-trade companies, Wolfbait highlights the city’s local talent. By shopping at this local boutique, you are helping the store donate regularly to charities, help protect the environment by purchasing second-hand pieces and taking pride in your local community.
